Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant for Premier London Hairstylist

Location: Fitzrovia, London (Primarily Work from Home)

Hours: 15-20 hours per week

Rate: Dependent on Experience

About Us: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Personal Assistant to support one of London’s most renowned hair stylists based in Fitzrovia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and creative environment, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of salon bookings and a variety of personal tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage salon bookings, including scheduling and confirming appointments, both in-person and online.
• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate personal tasks and errands as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Assist with administrative duties and front-of-house operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and communications.

Requirements:

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Based in London, UK (WFH but with some in person events)
• Minimum 2 years in administration and front-of-house roles.
• Experience managing online bookings
• High level of professional communication
  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  Interest in the beauty industry
• Previous experience in a salon or similar environment is a plus.
